Honest, trustworthy mechanics

I took my vehicle here following a rattling sound coming from the engine, and I was greeted by James. I dropped the car off at 8.30am and the mechanics were able to correctly diagnose the fault - which was a faulty air con compressor unit by 10am. James called me up and provided me the full estimate of the repair and was clear as to what needed to be done to fix the fault.

The car was fixed within the next day, as the part had to be ordered in. James and Adrian also informed me of additional key points they noticed with the vehicle which I was not aware of.

Another point - they are honest mechanics, as they reduced my estimate price when they realised that the air con re gas would not be necessary as their was a leak somewhere, and I appreciate them for doing that.

The rattling sound has disappeared now and the vehicle is driving without any issues now. Will be using James in the future. Thank you guys for sorting this out so quickly.
